Mobile Home and RV Application Procedures

Below are the steps to applying on Rent Spree from NOI’s website:

Navigate to the Rentals: Current Listings tab
Select whichever property you’re interested in, this will bring them to a detailed page of that property
Select ‘Apply Now’ to navigate to Rent Spree, our tenant screening system
Select the property you’re inquiring on, click ‘Apply’ to start your application
Application fee is $50
Once completed, an NOI associate may reach out if they have any further questions

Application Process

Complete the Application:
- Credit Check: A credit report will be ordered on each individual applicant. There is a $75.00 credit application fee per applicant.
- Provide Required Documentation:
  - Tax Returns / W-2’s – 2 Years
  - Personal / Business Financial Statements – 2 Years
  - Bank Statements – 3 Months
  - Color Copy of Driver’s License
  - Description of Business / Business Plan (if applicable)
  - Articles of Incorporation (if applicable)
  - Statement of Information (if applicable)

Important Notes:

Processing Time: Please allow at least 48 hours for application processing.
Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications may be delayed or returned unprocessed.
Unsigned Applications: Unsigned applications will not be processed.
